TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This document records the terms and conditions that apply to the access and use of the website www.mahila.money and www.sheroesmoney.com and its mobile application available by the name of Mahila Money (available at android platforms and web only) (collectively, website and mobile application(s) to be referred to as "Platform"), which is managed and operated by/ on behalf of Mahila Money Pte. Ltd., (hereinafter to be referred to as "Mahila Money" or “Company” or “We” or “Us"), incorporated under the laws of Republic of Singapore.

By accessing the Platform or registering your information on the Platform or availing the services of the Company, the users (hereinafter referred to as "You" or "Your" or “Customer” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms along with Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy describes Mahila Money’s relationship with You and will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to any Service that is provided through this Platform and shall be deemed to be incorporated into the Terms and shall be considered as part of the Terms. 

The Terms are deemed as ‘electronic records’ under the applicable information technology laws and various rules thereunder, as applicable and amended from time to time. The Terms are generated by a computer system and do not require any physical or digital signatures.

You accept these Terms when You visit the Platform, sign up for, access, or use any of our Services, including but not limited to features, technologies or functions offered on our Platform including products and services (collectively referred to as “Services”). For the avoidance of doubt, Services excludes products, services offered by and/or on behalf of third-party service providers, via the Platform. 

You understand and agree that Mahila Money will treat Your use of the Services as acceptance of the Terms from such point of usage. You shall not use the Services, visit the Platform if You do not accept the Terms. 

  1. USER ELIGIBILITY
  1. By accepting these Terms, You hereby declare and confirm that: 
  • You are a resident of India, of female sex. 
  • You are above 18 (Eighteen) years of age.
  • Have the capacity to enter into a legally binding contract as specified under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, while accessing the Platform and/or availing the Services offered by the Company.
  • You are not barred or otherwise legally prohibited from accessing or using the Services under the laws of India or any other applicable law.
  1. In order to use the Services, You need to register on the Platform and provide Us with accurate information as requested by Us and ensure that such information is complete and updated at all times, in all aspects.
  1. Mahila Money reserves the right to suspend any account, block any User from accessing the Platform and/or availing any Service if it determines the same to contain incorrect information and/or is erroneous or is a violation of the Terms.
  1. For availing the Services and third-party products and services, certain additional terms and conditions will apply. Kindly read those additional terms and conditions carefully, before accepting. 
  1. You shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your password and login ID that allows You to access the Platform. You shall be responsible for all activities that occur through Your account or password. You shall intimate Mahila Money immediately of any suspected/actual unauthorized use of Your account. Mahila Money shall not be liable for any unauthorized use or access of Your account including any loss that might be caused to You from unauthorised access.


  1. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS AND PLATFORM ACCESS


  1. You acknowledge and agree that Mahila Money owns all rights, title and interest in and to the Services and the Platform, including any intellectual property rights which subsist in the Services (whether registered or not) and the Platform. You further acknowledge that the Services may contain information which is designated confidential by Mahila Money and that You shall not disclose such information without Mahila Money's prior written consent. 
  1. Mahila Money grants You a limited license to access and make personal use of the Platform and the Services. This license does not confer any right to download, copy, create a derivative work from, modify, reverse engineer, reverse assemble or otherwise attempt to discover any source code, sell, assign, sub-license, grant a security interest in or otherwise transfer any right in the Services and the Platform. You do not have the right to use any of Mahila Money's trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features. You do not have the right to remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary rights notices (including trademark and copyright notices), which may be affixed to or contained within the Services. You will not copy or transmit any of the contents of the Platform. You shall not use this Platform or its contents for any commercial purpose or make any speculative, false, or fraudulent transaction.
  1. You shall not use any "deep-link", "page-scrape", "robot", "spider" or other automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy or monitor any portion of the Platform or any of its content, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Platform or any of its content to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents or information through any means not purposely made available through the Platform. We reserve the right to bar any such activity.
  1. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Platform, or any other systems or networks connected to the Platform or to any server, computer, network, or to any of the services offered on or through the Platform, by hacking, password mining or any other illegitimate, illegal means.
  1. You shall not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Platform or any network connected to the Platform, nor breach the security or authentication measures on the Platform or any network connected to the Platform. You may not reverse look-up, trace or seek to trace any information on any other User on the Platform, including any account on the Platform not owned by You, to its source, or exploit the Platform or information made available or offered by or through the Platform in any way where the purpose is to reveal any information, including but not limited to personal identification or information, other than Your own information, as provided for by the Platform.
  1. You will not misrepresent, conceal Your identity or otherwise manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of any communication that you may send to us on or through the Platform. You may not pretend that You are, or that you represent, someone else, or impersonate any other individual or entity.

  1. You agree and acknowledge that for undertaking any financial transaction, third-party products and services through the Platform or for availing the Services, Mahila Money or its partner financial institutions, vendors, service providers, business partners, agents or any other third party may undertake client/customer due diligence measurers and seek mandatory information required for Know-Your- Customer (“KYC”) purpose, as mandated by RBI.


  1. COMMUNICATION POLICY


By making use of the Platform, and furnishing Your personal/contact details, You hereby agree that You are interested in the Services, third-party products or services, offers, campaigns etc. that Mahila Money may offer/provide/share/send to You from time to time through any means including but not limited to telephone, SMS (short messaging service), electronic mail (e-mail), WhatsApp or any other messaging service/mobile application or any other physical, electronic or digital means or mode. This can be for the purpose of gauging Your interest in the Services, third-party products or services and fulfil Your request, complete Your application and for customer servicing. This includes follow-up calls as well as calls pertaining to similar Services and/or third-party products and services. You agree and consent to receive communications relating to all of the above on Your phone/mobile number as provided by You on the Platform and expressly waive any registration or preference made under DND/NCPR list under the applicable TRAI regulations.


  1. ARRANGEMENT OF MAHILA MONEY WITH THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS


  1. Mahila Money has entered into contractual arrangements with third-party service providers wherein such third parties shall be providing their services and products to the Users via the Platform.
  1. You agree and understand that under such an arrangement with third-party service providers, Mahila Money shall be acting as a referrer, whose role shall be limited to introducing, referring and directing the Users to the third-party service provider, post which Users will be sharing/providing the specific details on the Platform, as requested by the third party. Once Customers have been referred, the Customers are solely responsible for any and all services and/or products availed by them from third-parties.
  1. Mahila Money and any of its employees, agents, principals, or representatives do not vouch for authenticity, genuineness, transparency, security about third -party service providers and neither provides the User with any representation, assurance or warranty (express or implied) about the same. Your interaction with any third party accessed through the Platform is at Your own risk, and Company will have no liability with respect to the acts, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any such third-parties or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting from Your interactions with the third-parties. We suggest that the Users should study the terms and conditions, carry out their due-diligence before entering into any contractual arrangement with such third-party service provider.
  1. All processes including RBI mandated Know-Your-Customer (“KYC”) process for such third-party products and services will be executed by the said third-party service provider directly with Users and Mahila Money will not incur any responsibility or liability for the same. 
  1. It is clarified that Mahila Money is not the provider of the products and services offered by such third-parties and is only a facilitator for their services and products and therefore in the event of any dispute whatsoever, it shall not assume any responsibility. 


  1. INDEMNIFICATION, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS


  1. You agree to indemnify and hold Mahila Money (and its officers, directors, agents and employees) harmless from any and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature, including reasonable attorneys' fees, or arising out of or related to Your breach of the Terms, Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or Your use of the Platform, any dispute or litigation caused by Your actions or omissions, Your negligence and fraud committed by You.
  1. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Mahila Money (including its officers, directors, employees, representatives, affiliates, group companies and providers) will not be responsible or liable for:
  • any injury, death, loss, claim, act of god, accident, delay, or any direct, special, exemplary, punitive, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind (including without limitation; lost profits or lost savings), whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, that arise out of or is in any way connected with (i) any failure or delay (including without limitation the use of or inability to use any component of the Platform including the Services), or (ii) any use of the Platform or content, or (iii) the performance or non-performance by Us or any provider, even if We have been advised of the possibility of damages to You or any other party, or 
  • any damages to or viruses that may infect Your device or other property as the result of Your access to the Platform or Your downloading of any content from the Platform. The Platform may provide links to other third-party platforms. However, since Mahila Money has no control over such third-party platforms, You acknowledge and agree that Mahila Money is not responsible for the availability of such third-party websites and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from such third-party platforms. 
  1. The Platform and all content and Services including the Products provided on the Platform are provided on an "as is" and “as available” basis. Mahila Money expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and security and accuracy, as well as all warranties arising by usage of trade, course of dealing, or course of performance. Mahila Money makes no warranty, and expressly disclaims any obligation, that:
  • the content will be up to-date, complete, comprehensive, accurate or applicable to Your circumstances;
  • The Platform will meet Your requirements or will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis;
  • the results that may be obtained from the use of the Platform or any Services offered through the Platform will be accurate or reliable; or 
  • the quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained by You through the Platform will meet Your expectations.
  1. Any content aimed for providing general awareness does not constitute an investment advice or endorsement or solicitation by Mahila Money. These contents and/or information are derived from publicly available sources and Mahila Money cannot verify or confirm the genuineness, authenticity or veracity of such information. 
  1. Use of the payment facilities provided by the Platform shall not render the Platform liable or responsible for the non-delivery, non-receipt, non-payment, damage, breach of representations and warranties, non-provision of after sales or warranty services or fraud as regards the products or services listed on the Platform. The Platform shall not be responsible for any damages, interests or claims arising from not processing a transaction. 
  1. You hereby agree to provide accurate information, such as credit/debit information for purchasing any Service or third-party services and products, on or through the Platform. You further warrant that You shall not use payment information or instrument that is not lawfully owned by You. In addition to these terms of use, the terms and conditions of the bank or other financial institution shall also be applicable to every User. The Platform disclaims any liability arising out of declining of payment by such bank or financial institution.
  1. In addition to the above, all the disclaimers specified under the terms and conditions of specific Services shall be deemed to made applicable to the Terms and shall be considered as part of the Terms.


  1. VIOLATION OF TERMS 

 

  1. We reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to suspend or terminate Your use of one or more Mahila Money Services and third-party products and services, without notice and without liability to You or any third party, for any reason, including without limitation inactivity or violation of the Terms and other applicable policies that We may publish from time to time.
  1. You understand and accept that if You engage in any of the following activity and/or You host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update or share any information on/via the Platform that:
  • belongs to another person or entity and to which You do not have any right;
  • is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libellous, invasive of another person's privacy, insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, hateful or racially or ethnically objectionable, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise inconsistent or contrary to the laws in force in any manner whatsoever;
  1. is misleading in any manner;
  1. involves the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters", or unsolicited mass mailing or “spamming";
  1. infringes upon or violates any third party's rights including, but not limited to, any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights or intellectual property rights, rights of privacy (including without limitation unauthorized disclosure of a person's name, email address, physical address or phone number);
  1. impersonates another person or provides instructional information about illegal activities such as violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;
  1. tries to gain unauthorized access or exceeds the scope of authorized access to the Platform or to profiles, blogs, communities, account information, bulletins, or other areas of the Platform or solicits passwords or personally identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other Users of the Platform;
  1. engages in commercial activities without Mahila Money’s prior written consent such as engaging in contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising etc;
  1. interferes with another User’s use of the Platform;
  1. refers to any website or URL that, in Mahila Money’s sole discretion, contains material that is inappropriate for the Platform or any other website, contains content that would be prohibited or violates the letter or spirit of these Terms;
  1. deceives or misleads the addressee/ Users about the origin of the messages or knowingly and intentionally communicates any information which is patently false or misleading or grossly offensive or menacing in nature but may reasonably be perceived as a fact;
  1. contains software viruses or any other computer codes, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource; or contains any trojan horses, worms or other computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, diminish value of, covertly intercept or steal any system, data or personal information;
  1. threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign States, or public order, or causes incitement to the commission of any cognisable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting other nation;
  1. is patently false and untrue, and is written or published in any form, with the intent to mislead or harass a person, entity or agency for financial gain or to cause any injury to any person;
  1. violates any law for the time being in force,


shall be considered as violation of the Terms.


  1. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity may be referred to the appropriate law enforcement authorities. These remedies are in addition to any other remedies that Mahila Money may have at law or in equity. 

 

  1. MODIFICATION AND AMENDMENT OF THE TERMS

  

  1. Company reserves the right to make changes to the Platform, related policies and agreements, the Terms, Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy at any time as it deems fit and proper, including but not limited to comply with changes in law or regulation, correct inaccuracies, omissions, errors or ambiguities, reflect changes in the process flow, scope and nature of the Services and ancillary services, Company re-organization, market practice or customer requirements. Upon any change, Company will notify the updated Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Services and ancillary services constitutes acceptance of the changes and an agreement to be bound by Terms, as amended. If You do not agree to the changes, You may please discontinue Your use of the Services and ancillary Services. 
  1. Company reserves the right to discontinue or suspend, temporarily or permanently, the Services including ancillary services, by giving a reasonable time- period notice, on a best effort basis, unless it is merely to change certain features or contents of the Services and/or Platform or maintain the security and integrity of the Services. You agree that Company will not be liable to You in any manner whatsoever for any modification or discontinuance of the Services.

  1. PRIVACY 


  1. You agree and accept our Privacy Policy, available at: [insert the link for the Privacy Policy] respectively which is applicable to anyone who has, is or will be accessing the Platform including the User. Accessing the Platform shall be construed as deemed acceptance of the Privacy Policy.


  1. MISCELLANEOUS


  1. Entire Agreement: The Terms constitute an entire, valid and binding agreement between You and Mahila Money and governs Your access and use of the Platform.
  1. Advertisement: Mahila Money shall have the right to place advertisements and publicity materials of its choice, including and pertaining to parties other than itself, for commercial use through electronic means on the Platform. The same shall not be construed as Mahila Money’s endorsement for such product or service being advertised.
  1. Binding Nature: The Terms shall be binding upon You (and your successors-in-interest) and Mahila Money (and its permitted assigns) Mahila Money.
  1. Severability: If one or more of the provisions, clauses contained in these Terms is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect by any court of competent jurisdiction, such holding will not impair the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
  1. Waiver: The failure of either party to exercise any right provided for herein shall not be deemed a waiver of any further right hereunder.
  1. Assignment: You may not assign or sub-license, without the prior written consent of Mahila Money, the rights, duties or obligations under the Terms, in whole or in part, to any person or entity. Mahila Money may assign or sub-license in whole or in part any of its rights, duties or obligations under the Terms to any of its affiliates.
  1. Conflict: In the event there is any conflict between the terms set out in Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any other policies applicable to specific pages of the Platform, the following order of prevalence shall apply: (i) these Terms (ii) the Privacy Policy, (iii) any other policies applicable to specific pages of the Platform.
  1. Governing Law: These Terms including the Privacy Policy or such other policies, changes or amendments that We may introduce from time to time, shall be governed by the laws of India.
  1. Jurisdiction: You and Mahila Money agree that all claims, matters and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi only.

PRIVACY POLICY

General

Mahila Money Pte. Ltd. (“Mahila Money”, “we”, “our” or “us”) recognizes the importance of protecting personal details and information, and thus provides this Privacy Policy with respect to the access and use of various products and services of Mahila Money  by way of any type of devices and media, including web-based, mobile-based applications, devices, URLs/links, notifications, chatbot  and other forms of digital or non-digital media, (“Platforms”) as owned and operated by us and/or our affiliates and services provided thereon by us and/or our affiliates (“Services”). The term Platforms will also include all pages that are sub-domains or are associated with or within each Platforms and all devices, applications, features, technologies, functionalities and other services that Mahila Money operates or offers through such Platforms.

For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, the user of Services may be customers, channel partners, vendors or any other persons using Services or accessing the Platforms (“user”, “you” or “your”). This Privacy Policy will help you understand our policies and procedures regarding the collection, handling and use of your information.

We are committed to respecting your online privacy and recognize your need for appropriate protection and management of any information you share with us on the Platform.

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is being framed in accordance under the applicable law.

By using our Services through the Platforms, you signify your assent to this Policy and consent to the processing of your personal information and/or sensitive personal data or any other transaction that is generated with your use of the Platforms (“Information”). If at any time, an individual provides Information about someone other than himself or herself, the individual warrants that they have that person’s consent to provide such information for the purpose specified. The Services are not available to persons below the age of 18 years.

If you do not agree with this Policy, ensure that you do not, in any manner, use our Services or download, install and/or use the mobile application.

Scope 

By accessing or using the Platform and/or availing the services provided through the Platform or otherwise giving us your information, you undertake that you have the capacity to enter into a legally binding contract vide this Policy, which constitutes a legally binding document between you and Mahila Money under the applicable law. Mahila Money collects and processes your usage data, personal data and third-party data carefully, only for the purposes described in this Policy and only to the extent necessary as defined herein and within the scope of all applicable legal regulations. This Policy seeks to ensure that any personal information or third-party information handled by Mahila Money is managed in a way that is ethical, compliant and adheres to the best industry practices.

This Policy describes the types of information Mahila Money collects, why and how Mahila Money uses the information, with whom Mahila Money shares it, and the choices you can make about Mahila Money use of the information. We also describe the measures taken by us to protect the security of the Information and how you can contact Mahila Money about its privacy practices.

This Policy describes Mahila Money current data protection policies and practices which may be amended or updated from time to time. Any changes to this Policy will become effective upon posting of the revised Policy on the Platform. It is recommended that you regularly check this Policy to apprise yourself of any updates. Your continued use of Platform or provision of data or information thereafter will imply your unconditional acceptance of such updates to this Policy.


Collection of Information

We intend to provide services and features that meet your needs. To do so, when You use our Platforms, we may obtain the following information about you and your device from which you avail Services–


  • Device Information: Information such as device ID, pages accessed, IP address, mobile network, operating system or a unique identifier. We will link your mobile phone number with your device. This helps us analyse how our app works, fix any issues, keep the app safe and ensure a seamless experience for you. 


  • Personal Data: Such as name, date of birth, residential status, postal address, e-mail address, mobile number, PAN details, Aadhar number, specimen signature(s), tax and insurance information, e-KYC through UIDAI, CKYC through CERSAI etc. This helps us fulfil our legal obligations which require us to confirm your identity.


  • Location information:  If you have authorized tracking it will help us provide to you any and/or all location-based services and protect you against any and/or all fraud.


  • The use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API services user data policy, including the limited use requirements.


  • Cookies: Cookies aid us in recognizing you as a customer and remember your preferences so we can personalize our services. Cookies are required to prevent fraud and ensure the security of websites we control. You are free to decline our Cookies if your browser permits this. However, that may not guarantee you a seamless user experience.


  • Service Usage and Transactional Information: For enabling you to make payments and to provide you services for your account using our Services, we may store your financial information such as your bank account or details mentioned on your credit cards or debit cards, or other payment instrument details etc. that are required for a successful transaction. We also store transaction details such as amount spent, counterpart details, beneficiary information, account balance, transaction ID, date and time of transaction. 


  • Employment and Salary Information: So that we can provide you with a customized experience based on your financial appetite.


  • Chat conversations: Information you send us through chat which includes images and voice recordings our conversations with you, so that we can help you in every way possible.


  • Any other information that is required to be collected as per specific mandate from any bank or as a legal requirement in India.


Use of Information


Mahila Money primarily collects your Personal Data to provide you with a secure, smooth, and efficient experience on our website. Not only does this help us personalize and improve your experience, but the additional information also helps in preventing any misuse.


Wherever possible, Mahila Money will indicate the data fields as either required or are optional. However, if you are unable to provide the required information we need, we may not be able to provide you with the product or service you have requested. Provided that once we get your consent, we may also use your Personal Data for other lawful purposes which we will tell you about when it is required. By way of example, some of the uses of your Personal Data would include the following:- 


  • developing and providing banking facilities, products or services (whether made available by us or through us), including but not limited to executing investments, banking, commercial or other transactions and clearing or reporting on these transactions;


  • providing additional services including customer support;


  • generating and maintaining your profile on the app, to contact you through a voice call or SMS or email and to provide you offers and customizing offers for you;


  • processing transactions and verifying your identity (including during account creation and password reset processes); 


  • remedying fraud or other potentially prohibited or illegal activities and detecting/preventing violations of policies or applicable user agreements;


  • financial reporting, regulatory reporting, management reporting, risk management (including monitoring credit exposures), audit and record keeping purposes;


  • data collected by cookies helps us track, analyse and understand user trends so as to enable us to understand lacunas (such as slow response time on our website page or application) and improve your interactive experience of using our Services, our design, features and functionalities;


  • we access data or information stored by third parties in case required for providing you uninterrupted and satisfactory Services or in case consented by you;


  • we only share data with our affiliated business partners and third-party vendors for the purposes mentioned in this section;


  • any data which a user provides via his/her/their email inbox (from mail provider) will be used only to provide direct features mentioned on the app or website. Further, use of this data will be done only after taking consent from the user;


  • to improve our Services, we need to constantly update and alter our business and marketing strategies for which we require the navigational and log information to determine and analyse the merchants, markets, technology, operating systems, browsers, devices, locations from which our Services are used most or used least. For example, such information and its analysis will help us focus more on your needs by providing you a wider range of Services, or developing updates for particular operating systems and mobile application versions, etc. Further, the information collected helps us offer you other products, programs, or services that we believe may be of interest to you. In addition, such information collected will help us alert you in case of software compatibility issues;



Information Sharing


Your Personal Data is only accessible to those with a legitimate need-to-know basis. We do not disclose or share your Information with any third-party without your consent and ordinarily for some or all matters set out below:-


  • members of Mahila Money (including our affiliates/subsidiaries and business partners) for services such as providing content, products, customer support etc.;


  • credit bureaus (which helps us to support responsible lending and assist consumers in understanding where they stand with their credit) and collection agencies;


  • where necessary to exercise, establish or defend legal rights, including to enforce our agreements and policies;


  • financial institutions and partner banks;


Law enforcement, government officials, or other third parties pursuant to a summon, court order, or other legal process or requirement applicable to the Mahila Money or one of its affiliates/subsidiaries; when we need to do so to comply with law;


We take care to allow your Personal Data to be accessed only by those who really need it in order to perform their tasks and duties and to third parties who have a legitimate purpose for accessing it and with your consent.

To complete a transaction, we may share financial information (such as credit card details or other payment mode details) provided by you with authorised third parties, for instance, our business partners, financial teams/institutions involved in fulfilment of the said transactions, if any.


If, by usage of some functionalities of our Service, you receive Information about other user(s), you agree to keep the same confidential and only use it in connection with the Services, without disclosing the same to another user or third party.

  • As per the existing legal regulations, specific data fields (such as name, Aadhar number, address etc.) would be locked once you enter that information in our website.   • Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we carried out before your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing of your personal data carried out in reliance on other lawful grounds other than consent.

Generally, this means we will keep your personal data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you cancel/ deactivate/ unsubscribe your account with us, we are not under any obligation to retain your information. However, we may retain your information for twenty-four (24) months (post cancellation/ deactivation), as our business practice.

Limitation of Liability

  • Mahila Money shall not be liable to you for any loss of profit, production, anticipated savings, goodwill or business opportunities or any type of direct or indirect, incidental, economic, compensatory, punitive, exemplary or consequential losses arising out of performance or non-performance of its obligations under this Policy.

  • Notwithstanding anything contained in this Policy or elsewhere, Mahila Money shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage or misuse of your Personal Information, if such loss, damage or misuse is attributable to a Force Majeure Event. The term “Force Majeure Event” shall mean any event that is beyond the reasonable control of Mahila Money  and shall include, without limitation, sabotage, fire, flood, explosion, acts of God, civil commotion, strikes, lockouts or industrial action of any kind, riots, insurrection, war, acts of government, pandemic, epidemic, computer hacking, civil disturbances, unauthorised access to computer data and storage device, computer crashes, breach of security and encryption, or national/state lockdown due to any reason and any other similar events not within the control of the Mahila Money.
